Your Elevator Pitch is literally the most important business asset. Why? Because a well-crafted Elevator Pitch instantly communicates how your business will make money. It describes how your business will create, deliver, and capture value.

Your Elevator Pitch focuses your message to your customers and prospects. It’s also the foundation for your sales and marketing messages, telling what you do, who you do it for, and why they should care.

Be specific. “Men age 40+” is too vague. “Men age 40+ who suffer with premature hair loss.” is better. (See the Customers you listed in the Problems/Solutions/Benefits Canvas.)
